Drew at 15 Months!

I realized yesterday afternoon that it was Drew's 15 month birthday! We just got home from a little trip to the beach, and since I haven't had a chance to sift through all of the photos I took there, I will spend some time talking about Drew instead! Beach post & photos coming soon, but here is a little preview of how much this boy loved the sand!

Drew continues to be such a happy, content & pleasant baby boy! He is generally all smiles, although he does have a bit of a temper & will certainly let you know when something is not to his liking, like if you take away the broom, mop or vacuum. The boy loves him some floor cleaning appliances! He is also developing a bit of a mischievous streak & has the grin to go with it! 
He is still not walking, but is getting closer each day. I am actually in no hurry, but everyone else is ready for him to walk and I know he is going to take those steps any day now. He is standing on his own more & more & can walk well pushing a toy or a chair or a stool or just about anything. Since summer means bare knees, he will also crawl on hands & feet to save his chubby knees. He will sometimes scrape up the tops of his toes from crawling on the pavement, but he is not deterred, he just keeps right on going.

He is definitely all boy! Drew loves dirt, rocks, balls and trucks.

Or maybe I'll just climb on this one...

Ooops, ran off the road!

Or maybe I'll tag along with the big girls...

Or I'll just give this trike a try on my own!
